Resolution of Disputes
If you have any problems with your delivered order, such as incorrect printing, damage, or breakage, you can request a swift exchange for the identical item. If the desired product is not available, a full refund will be issued. All such requests must be submitted within two days after delivery by filling out the form provided at our website’s Product Returns page.
Verification of Personalization
Before placing an order, please double-check all customised information for accuracy, including names, messages, dates, and so on. Because orders are instantly sent to production when they are submitted, cancellation requests cannot be granted.
Approval of Image and Message

Address the Matter of Responsibility
